Marble Mountain

Finally I have some pictures for you! I haven't been able to upload pictures from my camera because I don't have the USB chord and I can't get another one in Vietnam. But I just uploaded all of Ben's pictures from his camera, so I'll post some up for you!

Anyway, I went to marble mountain two days ago, located just ten minutes away from our house in Da Nang. As you might have guessed, Marble mountain is a mountain made entirely of marble. Throughout the mountain are a series of caves, temples, sculptures, and amazing views of the surrounding area. It is surrounded by five other mountains, and each of the six mountains represents an element: water, wood, fire, air, metal, and earth. Marble Mountain represents water.   1. YOUR BEST POST YET! How nice it is to see what you have been talking about . . . your house looks beautiful (sorry you have to leave it) and the sites you're visiting are magnificent! And you look great, too! (not too crazy about the motor skooter, however : ))

  5. ...just looking at these pics again... wildest one is of the cable guy... take a look max.....he's looping one leg around the pole for balance...standing on the top rung of the ladder with the other....head wrapped with wifi cable... 220v (or whatever) lines right there... I say follow him around and sooner or later there'll be a job opening... or not ;)
